The Exceptional Education Trust

The Exceptional Education Trust (EET) is a not-for-profit charity with extensive experience of education. It was originally created by the Governors of Norlington School and Sixth Form following its transformation into one of the highest performing secondary schools in the country.

At EET’s core is a belief that sustainable success can only be achieved if every member of the educational institution, governors, senior staff, teaching staff, support staff and students, take full responsibility for their success. This has developed into clear improvement frameworks that allow schools to make rapid and sustainable improvement while retaining their identity.

The trust is committed to developing staff to excel within the classroom, students to maximize their progress through a clear understanding of their learning journey and senior leaders able to create a school environment where relentless pursuit of excellence if the norm.
